Obviously we hope you would not need to cancel a booking but we realise that sometimes this can be unavoidable.
If you cancel:
up to 4 weeks before the w/e starting date – full refund
up to 2 weeks before the w/e starting date – 50% refund
within the 2 week period before the w/e starting date – no refund as it will be too late to re-advertise your place and we will already have ordered provisions for the event.
