Two new yoga courses are starting soon:
Brinscall Hall –  Wednesdays 12 – 1pm
Belmont House – Fridays 10 – 11am

Cost £10 per session
Pre-book 6 sessions for the price of 5.

Are you looking for balance in your life?
Space in which to discover yourself?
Learn how to keep the body, mind and emotions supple and yet strong.

Each class will include:
-

Asana (simple postures) to help restore balance in our physical body.

Pranayama (simple breath awareness – not breathing exercises)
When the breath wanders the mind is unsteady, therefore bringing balance to the breath by simple observation brings stillness in the mind.

Deep relaxation Letting go isn’t meant to be easy! It’s a long process that can be accomplished through dedicated yoga practice.

The course is suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability, or previous experience. You have an option of sitting on a chair and doing these practices.

A tutor presents material, and leads a discussion based on what arises. Being practical rather than academic, the emphasis is on personal knowledge. Students are encouraged neither to accept nor reject the ideas put forward, but to test them in practice for themselves, in the light of their own experience.
