Each class will include: -
Asana (simple postures) to help restore balance in our physical body.
Pranayama (simple breath awareness – not breathing exercises)
When the breath wanders the mind is unsteady, therefore bringing balance to the breath by simple observation brings stillness in the mind.
Deep relaxation Letting go isn’t meant to be easy! It’s a long process that can be accomplished through dedicated yoga practice.
The course is suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability, or previous experience. You have an option of sitting on a chair and doing these practices.
